Despite all the changes that have occurred in 14 years, this blog will continue to be about gardening. Given some changes that have occurred over the last few years, I feel it essential to alter the format. While I will continue to have some in-depth informative descriptions of my gardening activities as well as an occasional gardening technique I am working on, I will probably need to lighten up on my activities for a while. With the passing years and the increased demands on my time and energy, the need to impart the knowledge of how to care for the heirloom cucumber varieties in my collection has become much more important. While I may impart a portion of that knowledge to others within this blog, I will likely be needing to engage in a writing project that provides me a focused outlet for this information.
So, from this point forward, my blog posts can be a number of things including:
-Individual garden-related pictures that inspired some gardening thoughts.
-Some unique techniques that I observed other gardeners using
-Some gardening-related information that I shared on another platform, such as my YouTube Channel, Facebook or Instagram.
-Summaries of my regular gardening experience.
-Some thoughts about running a seed business
-Or anything else that may suit my gardening fancy.
The Scientific Gardener blog tells my gardening story. It relays how I utilize the resources available to me to produce a garden that provides joy to body, mind and heart. As always, I hope you choose to continue with me on this journey I call gardening.
